This notice explains what 3eagleaerial.com collects, who handles it and how long it is kept. The site is run by BASK Collective LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at sales@3eagleaerial.com.
What the contact form collects
The information you give us is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your course or club, and, if you choose to add them, a phone number and a message. We use it to reply to your inquiry.
To block automated spam, the form also uses a hidden field, a timer that measures how long the page was open, and Cloudflare Turnstile (see below).
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the Turnstile spam check. Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header and the site key, and Cloudflare relies on its legitimate interests as a controller for some of that processing. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy. Cloudflare may also record IP addresses in its own network and security logs.
- Resend delivers the email that carries your inquiry to us.
- IONOS forwards that email from sales@3eagleaerial.com to our sales team's email inbox, where inquiries are kept.
If the email service cannot take a message right away, the message is kept in a database at Cloudflare and sent again later. It is deleted once it is sent, or after 30 days.
To stop floods of messages, we count how many arrive from the same internet address each hour and the same email address each day. We keep only a keyed, one-way scrambled form of each, not the address itself, and delete it within 25 hours.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become customers are deleted after 12 months.
Resend, which delivers the email, keeps a copy for 30 days.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We use no cookies or analytics of our own on this site.
We do no cross-site tracking, so a browser's “Do Not Track” signal changes nothing here: the site behaves the same way for every visitor.
No other party collects personal data about your online activities across sites through this page, except as Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy describes.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes are also noted on this page.
